Most escrow transactions will require a WDIIR - (Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report)
to be done at some point during the real estate transfer. The single most important component of that report is the accuracy of the inspection.
At Contractors Termite and Pest Control Inc. we have been in business since 1983 and our owner has been involved in inspections for real estate transactions for over 36 years. This knowledge is translated into training for our licensed staff. Having preformed inspection services for over 26 years in a highly litigated
real estate market we understand the ramifications of an inaccurate inspection.
As a Real Estate Professional you should understand that at Contractors our reports are
computer typed and you will receive your report via email, fax or hand delivery within 48 hours of our inspection. In most cases its within 24 hours. Why not just fill it in at the property? Good question and there are several answers. There is the legibility of the report, often times hand written reports are, well hard to read. There is the "think time" between turning in for typing and the inspection itself, rushing to fill in a hand written form opens the way for mistakes.
