If your structure was treated in the construction stages and its less then five-years old you should be covered under a treatment warranty. In fact this is a requirement of The Office of Pest Management - The State of Arizona. At Contractors you will receive a notice as you approach the end of that five-year period with a very competitive offering to renew your warranty on a annual basis.
If we didn't do your original treatment you may still receive many notices from several different companies. Some of those companies are good honest people others are well, lets just say caution and do the research... how long have they been around, have there principles been in previous businesses gone away and then resurfaced? Sad, but true it happens...
Sold warranties to consumers then they go out of business, then re-establish under another name... Actually trying to re-sell warranties off their old data base... giving the rest of us a bad name...

Once this initial treatment is competed your annual control warranty program will begin and your covered from that point on as long as you continue the renewal program. It's that simple...
